Submission Instructions
General Instructions
Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting abstracts/Full length papers that illustrate research results, projects and surveying works etc that describe significant advances in the fields of Applied Biochemistry and Biotechnology with instructions as below:
  • Submission Methods Please submit abstract/Full length paper via online submission system.
  • Submission Language All Submission should be in English, and no other language are acceptable.
  • Conflicts of Interests The submitting author is requested to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract/full length paper before submission.
  • Submission Notes Kindly mark 'For oral/poster presentation’ in your abstract or "For publication & oral/poster presentation" in your full paper in the very beginning of your submitted file.
  • Presentation Acceptance The Scientific Committee will determine whether abstracts will be accepted as oral or poster presentations, with consideration to be given to the author's preference. Abstracts will be reviewed and assigned to appropriate sessions. Only the abstracts of registered presenting authors will be included in the final program.
1. Abstracts Submission
For those who are interested in attendance as well as get the full papers published in the conference proceeding indexed by Scopus, Engineering Compendex (EI) etc, please submit your full paper following instructions as below:
  • Full paper should be submitted in .doc version with at least 5 printed pages including figure and tables etc.;
  • Kindly mark "For Oral/Poster Presentation" during submission;
  • No typesetting is required before your initial submission. After your paper is accepted after peer-review, formatting instructions would be sent to you accordingly with registration instructions.
  • Kindly recommend at least three reviewers for review arrangement;
  • Acceptance or rejection for the conference proceeding will be notified after the peer review process (about 2 months);
2. Full papers for Conference Proceeding indexed by EI/Scopus
For those who are interested in attendance as well as get the full papers published in the conference proceeding indexed by Scopus, Engineering Compendex (EI) etc, please submit your full paper following instructions as below:
  • Full paper should be submitted in .doc version with at least 5 printed pages including figure and tables etc. There will be a charge of 60. 00 EUR for each additional page beyond 10 pages. The Maximum Extra Page Charge is 300 EUR.;
  • Kindly mark "For Proceeding & Oral Presentation" during submission;
  • Kindly format your paper according to the Microsoft Word templates;
  • Kindly recommend at least three reviewers for review arrangement;
  • Acceptance or rejection for the conference proceeding will be notified after the peer review process (about 2 months);
3. Full papers for SCI Journals
For those who are interested in attendance as well as get the full papers published in the SCI journals, kindly submit the full paper following the instructions as below:
  • Full paper should be submitted in .doc version with at least 5 printed pages including figure and tables etc.;
  • No typesetting is required before your initial submission. After your paper is accepted after peer-review, a propriate SCI indexed journal will be recommended to you attached with the template required by the journal accordingly.
  • Kindly mark "For SCI Journals" during submission;
  • The publication fee in above mentioned journals is NOT included in the regular registration fee. We would confirm with you after the pre-review.
